Yamamoto® Nutrition BCAA 8:1:1 is a food supplement based on branched chain amino acids (BCAA – Branched Chain Amino Acid) with vitamins B1 and B6.

The product was made in the innovative 8:1:1 ratio (8 parts L-Leucine, 1 part L-Valine and 1 part L-Isoleucine).
Branched Chain Amino Acids are a group of 3 essential amino acids, Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine, which share a specific chemical property: the presence of a branched lateral chain. BCAAs are among the nine amino acids defined as essential for humans, because our body is unable to produce them.
The only possible supply is therefore through daily nutrition or food supplementation.

BCAAs have conquered the world of sports supplementation in recent years, thanks to their high presence in muscle proteins, the absence of noteworthy side effects and their potential ergogenic and myoprotective role. In fact, they are indicated to supplement the diet of athletes of various disciplines, both strength and resistance, who train daily.

They are used as:

Energy substrate before performance;
Anti-catabolic remedy before, after and during performance;
