1. Return Period
We accept returns and refund requests within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. After 14 days, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Conditions for Returns
In order to return a product, it must be:
- Unused, unwashed and in original condition.
- In its original packaging, with all labels intact.
- It must not be damaged or altered in any way.
3. Non-Returnable Products
Some products are not returned, including:
- Personalized or tailor-made products.
- Sealed products (e.g. food supplements, exercise equipment) if opened after delivery for hygiene reasons.
4. Return Procedure
To return a product, follow these simple steps:

5. Refund

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial purchase. The time it takes to receive your refund depends on your bank or payment provider.
6. Shipping costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases where the product received is defective or does not correspond to the order. In this case, the shipping costs will be borne by us.
7. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you have received a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days from receipt. We will refund or replace the product at no additional cost.
