Instructions for use
Sports use: recommended for endurance athletes, cyclists, runners and crossfit athletes who need to replenish energy supplies or maintain performance. Dosage: dissolve 2 scoops (25 g) in at least 250-500 ml of water. Indications: can be taken before or during activity to ensure energy continuity, or immediately after effort to accelerate muscle recovery.
